Any development of advertising or marketing materials featuring Simmons products must also meet the outlined requirements of our brand guidelines provided at www.beautyrestdealers.com. All brand guidelines are subject to change periodically. Materials developed should use only the copy provided here in the available copy documents. Furthermore, Simmons has obtained certain rights under photography and video talent agreements which are being shared with retailers on this website. Photography/videography ("Assets") should not be used past the posted termination date or if Simmons notifies you at any time to cease using the Assets. You will be responsible for any additional usage fees for improper usage of the Assets. Any use of Assets after the termination date shall be at the sole risk of the retailers or retailer partner using these materials, and Simmons shall have no responsibility whatsoever for any such use.
